Shivora Care operates as a structured home care coordination platform connecting families with screened care professionals. We do not act as the direct employer of caregivers unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

2. Family Responsibility

Families are responsible for:

• Providing accurate requirement details
• Final selection after interaction
• Timely salary payment to caregivers
• Maintaining a safe working environment

3. Professional Responsibility

Aligned professionals are expected to:

• Provide accurate information
• Perform agreed duties responsibly
• Maintain professional conduct

4. Replacement Support

Shivora Care operates a structured replacement coordination framework. Replacement timelines depend on availability, location, and case complexity.

5. Payments

Placement fees and care assurance plans are service fees for coordination and support. Caregiver salary is paid directly by the family.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shivora Care provides coordination and support services. While we follow structured screening processes, we are not liable for unforeseen actions beyond reasonable verification and coordination scope.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
